How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

Our plans offer you the support of a dedicated administrative virtual assistant available for communication from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, via phone, email, and text. You will also receive weekly task reports and daily check-ins.

How does the payment plan work?

Select a monthly plan according to the amount of hours you need. Use our Customized Plan designed to precisely meet your specific business needs and objectives. 

To ensure a smooth workflow and timely task completion, we advise initiating Zelle, Venmo, or check payments at least 5 days before your assistant's scheduled work day. 

Paying in advance for the months you require allows you to unlock special discounted rates, positively impacting both your budget and productivity. 

Can I purchase additional hours?

Purchasing hours is easy! Just send us a request and we'll assist you in the process. 

What are the accepted payment methods for the plans?

We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, or check. For your convenience, we also accept payments via credit card. However, please note that a small transaction fee will apply.

In order to uphold a smooth workflow and guarantee timely task completion, we advise initiating your Zelle, Venmo, or check payment at least 5 days before your assistant's scheduled work day.

Are there any additional fees? 

Rest assured, there are no additional fees associated with our services. 


Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? 

Of course! Fill out our contact form and we will assist you in the process. 

Will my hours roll over to the following month?

While your hours do not roll over into the next month, our skilled assistants will make sure to maximize their efforts to utilize all your hours effectively and accomplish your requested tasks within the current month. 

How does the sign up process work?

Once you sign up for your monthly plan, we will contact you to schedule a consultation where we will discuss your tasks and needs. 

This consultation is designed for your benefit, so if there's anything you'd like to clarify or inquire about, please feel free to ask.  

Can I cancel my plan?

We provide the flexibility to cancel your plan at any time, with the cancellation becoming effective in the following month. Unfortunately, refunds are not granted in the event of plan cancellation.
